1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Occasionally, it may take longer due to carrier delays.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for Pro and Luxe tier products. Low-tier products may have a shipping fee applied at checkout.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
The email will also include the carrier link, so you can easily check the current status of your shipment.
4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
- For defective or damaged items, please provide photo evidence via email: support@purebrist.store.
- We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
- If your order is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us via the same email to discuss next steps.
